Exchange and returns
If you wish to exchange an item for a new size, color og just a different item, please ship back the item within 30 days of reception of your order.

- If you want an exchange
All return orders will be refunded to the payment method used on purchase. If you would like to exchange for another product, size or color, please place the new order online. You can also wait until we have refunded your return order. Please remember to add the return form in the package. - If you want a refund
You must ship back your return order within 30 days of reception. Once we've received your return order, we will make a refund to the payment method used on purchase, for the items received within a few days. Please remember to add the return form in the return package. - What is the return cost?
You have to return the items at your own cost. Return it anyway you like to:

We process all return orders within 14 days of reception in our warehouse
If you only return part of the original order, we will not refund the shipping costs.
If you return the whole order, we will refund you the shipping cost for the cheapest shipping method available at the time of the purchase.
